I help parish, ministry, and youth leaders to be engaged to lead and connect with their community in order that transformation can happen. We are all called to evangelize, to bring the good news to the world, to make disciples, and to change people's lives. What stops most people from this calling? The answer is leadership. Jesus Christ already inspired us to follow Him. He was a strategic team builder. He is our role leader, a servant leader, and the cornerstone of leadership. Jesus cast visions with humility,  clarity, and directness and inspired people to follow him.  (Mark 1:15)
